Training ; taking a note from Simon

Over the next 6 months I will be sharing perhaps some novel & out of the ordinary training regimes for swim, bike & run. The importance of keeping training fresh is vital to succeeding & improving one's results. As Simon whitfield recently acknowledge in Triathlete Magazine, he is always searching for new & improved ways to enter into his daily training schedule.
