Hours in the Week

How many hours day do you watch television? One hour? Three hours ? For fun keep a journal how your hours are spent in a given week. You might surprise yourself in what you discover. Sleep, meals, FB, Twitter, Blogs, TV, exercise, yoga, singing in the shower, clipping your toe nails, work, thinking about work, planning vacation, filling up the rig with petro, walking to the mailbox, reading a book, drinking coffee, talking to a friend on the phone, planning dinner, driving to work, eating lunch, helping the kids with homework, blow drying your hair, deciding what to wear, walking the dog, eating ice cream, writing a letter to a friend, shopping, mediatating, spacing out, day dreaming, buying lottery tickets. You get it.
