50K Run for the Toad

I should have been icing my ribs days ago as as i can substantially feel the difference. I've made the decision to venture southeast to Paris, On. to run in the "Run for the Toad Ultra" ribs & all. Everyone I've spoken to speaks very highly of this event, gosh darnit,..I would hate to miss it.
